Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring an entry-level Automotive Maintenance Technician in Lexington, KY. You will perform preventive maintenance like oil changes, fluid services, and tire work on a fleet of newer vehicles, while following safety and quality standards.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across brands, with on-the-job training toward ASE certification and a range of benefits. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive technical school program is a bonus.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record are required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Position requires on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes, and rotations.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards while working on a diverse fleet across brands.
• Assist senior technicians as needed and grow skills toward ASE certification.
