Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Ballwin, MO seeks a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire mounting, wheel balancing, alignments and other basic services. You will also drive customers, pick up parts, and maintain a clean, safe shop.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, driving company vehicles, and assisting with inspections as needed. This is an entry‑level role with opportunities for advancement within a trusted Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Possess valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections on vehicles in an ethical manner following all company and state guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Observes vehicle condition and notes obvious repairs or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns when needed.
