Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service seeks a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire/wheel services, alignments, and basic maintenance. You may also drive customers, pick up parts, and keep the shop clean while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• A general understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies and tires from vendors or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates the company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner and follows traffic laws.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services as directed by the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• Notes vehicle condition and safety concerns for documentation and repair orders.
