Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Lube and Tire Technician to perform oil changes, tire mounting and related services. You will also transport customers, pick up parts, and maintain shop cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and can work five days including Saturdays. Automotive knowledge is preferred, with opportunities for advancement and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Possess valid driver’s license (required).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
• General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, tires, and supplies from vendors and the corporate office.
• Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and basic services under supervision.
• Notes vehicle conditions and safety concerns for repair staff.
• Keeps shop and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns.
