Don Vance Ford in Marshfield, Missouri is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. You’ll perform oil changes, lubrication services, and routine maintenance alongside skilled automotive technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect and check fluid levels, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components.
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire inspections; complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately.
• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors and technicians.
• Document work performed accurately on repair orders.
• Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service.
