Don Vance Ford seeks a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, and lubrication tasks in a professional dealership setting alongside experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and lubrication services.
• Inspect fluids, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and basic components.
• Rotate tires and perform basic tire inspections.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately.
• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
• Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service.
