Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and lubrication services.
• Inspect fluids, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and basic components.
• Rotate tires and perform basic tire inspections.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately.
• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Use shop equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
• Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service.

About the Position

As a Lube Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance and basic service work while working alongside experienced automotive technicians in a professional dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, and routine vehicle maintenance
• Inspect and check fluid levels, tire pressure, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire inspectionsComplete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately
• Follow Ford and dealership service procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to service advisors and technicians
• Document work performed accurately on repair orders
• Provide customers with dependable, high-quality service

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
