Sommer’s Automotive is hiring a Lube Technician to join our service team at 7211 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092. Earn up to $22/hour plus performance bonuses and a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates.

Paid training and clear path for advancement are provided, even if you’re starting out in the automotive field. You’ll perform basic preventive maintenance, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, and maintain safety standards in a modern dealership shop.

Qualifications

• Previous lube technician or automotive service experience preferred (not required).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (lube, oil changes, filter service).
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings.
• Rotate and inspect tires, check pressure, and replace as needed.
• Deliver quality service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
