Sommer’s Automotive in Mequon, WI is hiring a Lube Technician to join our service team. This hands-on role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, with opportunities to learn automotive maintenance and inspections.

We offer a full-time schedule with pay up to $22 per hour plus performance bonuses and a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified candidates. We provide tools, safety training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (lube, oil changes, filter service)

• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend services based on findings

Qualifications:

• Previous lube technician, automotive service, oil change experience preferred (but not required)

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented automotive dealership environment

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude

Schedule:

• Full-time position

• 5 days per week, including Saturdays

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

This position is based in our dealership’s service department, where you'll use modern equipment, tools, and safety procedures to perform quality vehicle maintenance.
