Voss Hyundai is seeking a Full-Time Lube Technician to service vehicles in a busy dealership environment. The role emphasizes oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and related preventive maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position requires a valid Ohio driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and information.
• General working knowledge of mechanical operations.
• Requires valid Ohio driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee customer service and satisfaction.
• Perform repair work per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Sell lubrication and safety inspection services.
• Drain and refill oil, replace oil and air filters, check fluid levels.
• Inspect tires and TPMS, add fluids, and clean vehicles.
• Document all work and communicate with parts department.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and stay updated with bulletins.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and proper tool accountability.
