Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• In the absence of the Center Manager, manage daily deposits to the bank and secure the location safe.
• Ensure the security of cash from the register drawer and closure of the store safe.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to the Center Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Escalate safety or policy issues to District Manager as needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.

As the Key Holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service. Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts
• In the absence of the Center Manager is responsible for daily deposits to bank and securing the location safe

• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must pass company background check
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
