Job summary

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the service center at shifts.
• Handle daily deposits to the bank and secure location safe when Center Manager absent.
• Secure cash from the register and close the store safe following protocols.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
• Report anomalies to Center Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Escalate safety or security concerns to District Manager if needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

We looking for a dependable, motivated Key Holder to join our Quick Oil Change team! As the Key Holder, youll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service. Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts
• In the absence of the Center Manager is responsible for daily deposits to bank and securing the location safe
• Ensure the security of cash from the register drawer and closure of the store safe, in accordance with established protocols
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints
• Report any anomalies to the Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, in the absence of the Center Manager
• Escalate unresolved matters of safety, store security or team member behaviors to District Manager, if necessary
• Train and mentor new employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
