Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Jasper, TX is seeking a dependable Key Holder for our Quick Oil Change team. In this part-time role, you will open and close the center, support daily operations, and ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service while maintaining store security.

You will lead the team during shifts, perform basic oil changes and fluid checks, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• In the absence of the Center Manager, manage daily deposits to bank and secure the location.
• Ensure cash security and store safe closure per protocol.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.
• Report anomalies to the Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Escalate unresolved matters of safety, store security or team member behaviors to District Manager, if necessary.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas
