Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a dependable Lube Technician to join our Houston team. This full-time role offers day shifts and a competitive hourly wage with growth opportunities within the company.

You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and fleet servicing while delivering outstanding hospitality to every customer. A valid driver’s license is required, and training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer hospitality throughout every visit
• Treat every customer and vehicle with care and respect
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
• Check and top off fluids
• Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other safety-related components
• Clearly communicate vehicle concerns to the service advisor
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and customer vehicles
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards
• Help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently
