Precision Tune Auto Care, Inc. is seeking a dependable Lube Technician to join our Missouri service team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations and routine maintenance while delivering friendly, professional customer hospitality.

Ideal candidates have basic automotive knowledge and own tools, with a willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry. This on-site position offers a stable schedule and a pathway to advancement within our established shop.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Must have your own basic automotive hand tools.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active during the shift.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services.
• Inspect belts, hoses, tires, brakes, and other safety-related components.
• Document findings clearly and communicate concerns to the service advisor.
• Check and top off fluids; ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
