Job summary

North Hollywood Toyota is seeking an experienced Lube Technician to support our Service department. This full-time role requires the ability to manage detailed service reports, operate hand and power tools, and support the Service team with vehicle maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, a Toyota certification, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in automotive service or lube work
• High School Diploma or higher
• Toyota Manufacture Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and able to be covered under garage liability policy
• ASE certification preferred
• General mechanical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Independent or team work capability
• Ability to meet performance competencies

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed vehicle service reports
• Replace wiper blades and car batteries
• Change motor oil and transmission and brake fluid
• Replace cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters
• Perform tire rotations for even wear
• Test tire pressure and adjust as needed
• Recommend additional servicing after inspections
• Notify Service Advisor if work cannot be completed on time
