Job summary

Main Street Auto is seeking a Lube Technician in Ventura, CA to perform oil changes and essential maintenance in a fast-paced shop. You will work under supervision, rotating through bays, and assist with fluids, filters, and minor services while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires reading and writing English, completing the Lube Technician training, and some automotive experience. This full-time position offers a garage environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English and complete the Lube Technician training course.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Service customer vehicles: check/change fluids and filters, air tires, and perform specialized transmission, differential, and radiator services.
• Input customer and maintenance information into computer and explain services to customers.
• Accept payment for services and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Maintain clean facilities and observe safety rules.
• Rotate through all Lube Technician duties (Upper/Lower Bay, Greeter and Cashier).
