Job summary

Main Street Auto in California is seeking a full-time Lube Technician to perform fluid checks, filter changes, tire care, and related maintenance in a garage setting. You will input service data, explain procedures to customers, and process payments while keeping the work area safe and clean.

Strong attention to safety, the ability to read and write English, and completion of the Lube Technician training are required. Prior automotive experience is helpful for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to vehicles, including fluids, filters, tires, and advanced maintenance tasks.
• Enter customer and maintenance data into computer systems.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide prompt customer service.
• Accept payments for services and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety rules and maintain proper uniform and hygiene.
• Rotate through all Lube Technician duties as assigned.
