Luther Automotive Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to join our team and earn while you learn. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $18–$24 with incentives and opportunities for growth within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will perform multi-point inspections, recommend services, and complete pre-delivery inspections including oil and air filter changes. Candidates must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Performs time-sensitive service tasks with accuracy.
• Understanding of vehicle inspection findings and recommended services.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

$18-$24/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Recommends services based on findings from a thorough inspection
• Inspect fluid levels
• Check air pressure of tires; replace tires as needed
• Complete pre-delivery inspection on new cars-Replace oil and air filters

• Ability to perform service within 30 minutes
  Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Valid driver's license
