Job summary

Gordie Boucher Lincoln of West Allis is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-growing service team. You’ll perform oil changes, tire rotations, basic inspections, and assist senior technicians to keep customer vehicles in top condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in automotive service preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and other service needs
• Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics
• Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate additional service needs to Service Advisors
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and teammates
