Job summary

Gordie Boucher Lincoln in West Allis is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-growing service team. This entry-level to mid-career role offers hands-on oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance, with opportunities to learn from experienced technicians.

You will inspect fluid levels and wear, keep the bay clean and safe, and communicate maintenance needs to Service Advisors. A valid driver’s license and a positive team attitude are required; training is available for the

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in automotive service preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and other service needs
• Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics
• Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate additional service needs to Service Advisors
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and teammates
