Job summary

Raceway Nissan in Burlington, NJ is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our service department. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic automotive knowledge, and strong attention to detail. A valid driver's license is required, and we offer competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic automotive knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various vehicle makes and models.
• Inspect and replace vehicle filters (air, cabin, fuel, etc.).
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and light repairs as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of services and repairs performed.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and provide reports to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with a team to ensure timely and efficient service for all customers.
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures.
