Lithia Hyundai of Odessa is seeking a Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• No previous experience required.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repairs according to the repair order.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace; daily stall cleaning.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Review technical bulletins and other publications as assigned.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are returned clean and undamaged.
