Job summary

Main Street Auto in Poway, CA is seeking a Lube Technician to service customer vehicles in a full-time garage role. You will perform fluid and filter services, operate equipment, input data into the computer, and advise customers on additional services. The position requires strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English and complete the Lube Technician training course.
• Previous automotive experience helpful.
• Must be able to reach four feet overhead and perform bending and lifting as needed.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customer vehicles including fluids, filters and basic maintenance.
• Input customer and maintenance information into the computer.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and explain services to customers.
• Accept payment for services.
• Maintain a clean work environment and observe safety rules.
