Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous lube/express/quick-service or basic maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, coachable and team-first attitude.
• Ability to follow dealership and manufacturer safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance items.
• Learn dealership and manufacturer processes from experienced service professionals.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety.
• Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.

What You’ll Do
