Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Lube Tech in Oregon. You will work the swing shift starting at 6:00 PM, performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers, and traveling between outdoor job sites in a company service truck.

This role requires a clean MVR, ability to work outdoors, and basic mechanical skills. You’ll join a unionized team with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform DOT annual and brake inspections per regulations.
• Clean MVR required.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and working outdoors.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Automotive troubleshooting or welding experience is a plus.
• Motivated, organized, and self-directed with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers.
• Travel to and service multiple outdoor job sites.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Communicate clearly with the shop manager and mechanics.
• Use basic preventive maintenance tools (required).
• Assist with other shop or fleet needs as assigned.

• Location: Tualatin, OR
• Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
• Union: Teamsters324
• Schedule: Five days per week, including one weekend day; overtime as needed.
• Shift: Swing shift with a 6:00 PM start time; schedule may vary seasonally based on business needs.

Day in the Life

Start your shift by heading out in a company-provided service truck to support our fleet. You'll travel between job sites performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on gas and diesel trucks and trailers, working outdoors and alongside the shop team to keep everything running smoothly.
