Job summary

Tim Dahle Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our Service Team. This role performs routine maintenance and inspections while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental & vision, 401(k), PTO, and discounts on vehicle purchases and service. We are willing to train applicants with no experience.

Qualifications

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, tire pressure checks, and lubrication services.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles and report additional service or safety concerns to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain accurate service records and keep the shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate tools and equipment and follow all OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Participate in required training and stay current on manufacturer service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

AutomotiveLube Technician - Education and/or Experience

• No prior experience or training.
• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
