Responsibilities

• Shoot troubleshooting and decision making: determining causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
• Reading comprehension: understanding written documents related to work tasks.
• Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammar and spelling.
• Communication: effectively communicating with the team to address each customer's needs in a timely manner.
• Providing recommendations based on customer needs.
• Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes.
• Ensuring vehicles are fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without altering comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.
• Performing thorough, legible 120-point inspections.

Qualifications
