Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Jackson is seeking an entry-level Automotive Service Technician to join our busy service department in Ridgeland, MS. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance with guidance, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• No prior automotive experience required.
• Willingness to complete manufacturer and ASE training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per repair orders with safety and accuracy.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Record time and document procedures on repair orders.
• Maintain organized workspace and inventory of common tools.
• Commit to ongoing training and certification.

Clean gray work shirts, creased gray work trousers, shirts to be tucked in at all times.
