Job summary

Lithia Reno Subaru is seeking a Lube Technician to perform repairs per repair orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will diagnose malfunctions, road-test vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe workspace, ensuring customers receive clean, properly serviced vehicles.

Requirements include automotive technical knowledge and at least 1 year of Lube Technician experience, plus a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

• Automotive technical knowledge and at least 1 year of experience working as a technician.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction and repair vehicle per safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair work.
• Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain organized workspace and daily stall cleanliness.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean to customers.
• Review bulletins and publications as assigned by management.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
