Job summary

Bell Road Toyota in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Lube Technician. This entry-level role offers competitive pay ($20.00/hr flat rate) and hands-on training as part of the Lithia & Driveway family.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance while supporting a safe, clean shop and learning from experienced technicians. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic automotive knowledge, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.

• Work collaboratively with technicians and advisors to ensure efficient service flow.
• Stay updated on new vehicle technologies and service procedures through company-provided training.
