No previous diesel experience is required; just a solid work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You will perform oil changes, fluids checks, DOT inspections, and assist with minor repairs in a safety-focused shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a team environment.
• Prior lube, tire, or general vehicle maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on diesel tractors.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Inspect and service tires, shocks, lights, and other components.
• Assist with small repairs including air leaks, brake adjustments, and shock replacement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Support experienced technicians and shop operations as needed.
