No prior diesel experience required—just a solid work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You’ll perform oil changes, check fluids, inspections, and assist with minor repairs while keeping the shop clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on diesel tractors.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services.
• Inspect and service tires, shocks, lights, and other components.
• Assist with small repairs including air leaks, brake adjustments, and shock replacementn
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Support experienced technicians and shop operations as needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods
• Ability to work safely and independently in a team environment
• Previous experience in lube, tire, or general vehicle maintenance a plus
• Ability to operate power equipment such as air compressors a plus
