The Auto Ranch Group is seeking an entry-level Quick Lane lube technician in Mountain Home, Idaho. This learning position offers hands-on training to build a long-term automotive career and requires a punctual, detail-focused teammate committed to quality work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

The Auto Ranch Group is looking for a Quick Lane lube technician for our fast-paced Ford/Dodge/Kawasaki dealership in Mountain Home, Idaho. This is a learning position, designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry through hands-on experience and structured training. Previous experience preferred.

Position Focus

• Oil changes, tire rotations, and routine services
• Light maintenance work

Qualifications

Basic automotive knowledge, Previous experience preferred.

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in an automotive service environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
