The Auto Ranch Group in Mountain Home, Idaho, seeks a Quick Lane lube technician for our Ford/Dodge dealership. This is a learning position designed to build a long-term career through hands-on training and structured programs. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, light maintenance, and engage in manufacturer training while developing diagnostic and mechanical skills in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge with a willingness to learn.
• Effective analytical and communications skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform work on the repair order according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
• Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stay productive and focused throughout the day.
