Job summary

Audi Charlotte in Matthews, NC is hiring for an Express Lube Technician to join our Service Department. The role offers $18-$24 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses, and includes paid factory training and advancement opportunities.

Experience is preferred but training is available for candidates with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude. We welcome walk-in applicants and provide a supportive work environment with benefits including insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in express services or mechanical foundation preferred.
• ASE certification is a bonus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, battery replacements, wiper & filter installations.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to flag potential safety or maintenance needs.
• Check tire tread, brake condition, suspension components, and fluid levels.
• Reset maintenance lights and apply service stickers.
• Keep your bay clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from shop foreman and service manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
