Job summary

Carolina Volkswagen is seeking hardworking Express Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance in a high-volume shop. The role offers a full-time schedule, five days per week, and on-the-job training with factory support.

Qualifications

• Oil change, maintenance, and basic lube tasks performed by technicians.
• Good communication and customer service skills expected.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, basic maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Record inspection and service data accurately.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow safety procedures.
• Operate with factory support and participate in training and development.

Qualifications and Requirements - Lube Technician:

• Auto oil change, maintenance, Lube Technician experience is required!
• Good work ethic and works well as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
