Job summary

Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and basic services in a dealership setting. You will handle oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, and inspections, supporting a busy service department.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position offers hands-on experience and growth within a professional dealership.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1 year of express/quick lube experience is favorable.
• Able to operate cars, light trucks and vans with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Team player focused on providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

Pay: $16.90 - $22.00 Hourly

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
