Burlington Kia, a trusted name in the tri-state area for automotive sales and service, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our growing service department. As a Lube Technician, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.

You will inspect and replace filters, perform basic maintenance and light repairs as required, and ensure proper documentation of services and repairs performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic automotive knowledge and experience preferred, training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow in automotive service.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various makes/models.
• Inspect and replace vehicle filters (air, cabin, fuel, etc.).
• Perform basic maintenance and light repairs as required.
• Document services and repairs performed.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Work with a team to ensure timely service for customers.
• Follow safety protocols and shop procedures.
