Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician to join our team. This role involves oil changes, tire rotations, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining a clean workspace while delivering high-quality customer service.

Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required. We offer weekly pay, uncapped earning potential with bonuses and commissions, a 401K with company match, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within our multi-state automotive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lube Technician is a plus, but not required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be flexible with work hours and able to work weekends.
• Must be self motivated and able to work well with others.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Replacing head lights and bulbs
• Performing multi-point inspection
• Maintaining a clean and safe work space
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology
