Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.### **What You'll Be Doing*** Perform fueling and lubrication of mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and support vehicles* Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or maintenance needs* Maintain accurate service logs and communicate equipment status to maintenance and operations teams* Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and support mechanics with basic repairs* Follow all site-specific underground safety procedures, including ventilation, confined space, and hazardous material protocols### **What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely service and maintain heavy mobile equipment in an underground or industrial setting* Working knowledge of lubrication systems, diesel equipment, and preventative maintenance practices* Strong commitment to safety with the ability to follow underground mining regulations and procedures* Ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment while supporting a team* Effective communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to equipment care### **Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing### **Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level### **What We Offer*** $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
