Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Lube Tech or in a similar heavy equipment maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicle systems.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and service guides.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and work in various weather conditions.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
