Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Lube Tech in Dade City, FL to perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles. The role ensures fleet readiness and longevity and requires basic knowledge of equipment and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include oil changes, lubrication per manufacturer guidelines, and maintaining maintenance records. A CDL is a plus, and safety policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Lube Tech or in a similar heavy equipment maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicle systems.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and service guides.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks on heavy equipment, trucks, and other vehicles.
• Lubricate equipment components as specified by manufacturer guidelines and maintenance schedules.
• Inspect equipment for potential issues, leaks, or wear and report findings to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed, including parts used and hours worked.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in general shop cleanup and organization.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
