Mission Viejo Kia in Mission Viejo, CA seeks an experienced lube tech eager to grow with a brand-new dealership launch. You will perform oil changes, check fluids, tires, and basic vehicle inspections while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

The parts Lube Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $24.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
