Responsibilities

• Check tire pressure, top off fluids, and complete multi-point inspections as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members.
• Document completed work accurately and notify leadership of any concerns or additional service needs.

Pay

The Lube Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
