Mazda of North Miami is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain service quality, and communicate with customers through the Service Advisor. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to safety and manufacturer specifications.

You'll perform diagnostics, test components, and complete repairs in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service. ASE certification is preferred, but not required.

Formación

• Must have a solid automotive background and be able to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills with service staff and customers.
• Must hold a clean and valid driver's license; ASE certification is ideal but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding needed additional repairs and estimated time.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
