Hunter Auto Group is seeking a dependable Lube & Service Technician to join our growing service team in Charlotte, NC. You will perform routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, and light repairs while following manufacturer guidelines.

You will work with an experienced team and have opportunities to learn and advance your automotive skills in a supportive shop environment.

What You’ll Do

Service & Maintenance

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance services.
• Assist with basic vehicle repairs and service procedures.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures.
• Use appropriate tools, equipment, and technology to complete assigned work.
• Properly document completed services and repairs.

Team & Shop Support

• Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your automotive skills.
• Learn and follow proper safety procedures and shop standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently with the service team to meet department goals.
• Ask questions, take direction, and continue developing your technical knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive technician or hands‑on mechanical experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
