Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service and repair cars and trucks, perform preventive maintenance, and support fleet needs. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction with growth opportunities through apprenticeship and training.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, full-time benefits, a $1,000 tool allowance, and additional pay for VSI license and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years.
• At least 1 year of automotive mechanical service experience in a work-center.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles after service.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing as required.
• Maintain vehicle servicing standards and Out-Of-Service <= 2%.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.

• Full-Time Position with overtime availbility
• $20 - $22 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years
• Must pass background check/MVR and drug test
