Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• 2 years of relevant Mental Health experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and administrative oversight of all aspects of the LTSR, its residents, and staff.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures in compliance with all external and internal policies, statutes, and regulations.
• Oversight of admission screening and negotiations regarding referrals, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff, including inspections and safety drills.
• Compliance with records and reporting requirements under external/internal regulations.
• Establish liaison relationships with OMH/MR and external providers.
• Attend external and internal meetings as required.
• Staff training development per external regulations and program policy.
• Compliance with COMHAR policies and procedures.
