Chickering Elementary School is seeking a skilled BCBA to support students in PreK-5 and collaborate with special education staff and school-based teams. The position is a 1.0 FTE dedicated to students across grades PreK-5.
The BCBA will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other behavior evaluations, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, monitor data, and provide training to staff and families. This role emphasizes district-wide leadership in Safety Care and data-informed practice.

The BCBA will work with special education and school-based teams on behalf of children with a variety of disabilities and behavioral challenges that affect their access to learning.
Bachelors/Step 1=$330 per diem
Masters/Step 1=$356 per diem
